~Naraske
Naraske leaped from branch to branch looking for other ninja's...those two children back there did not suffice him. Neither were on his skill level.... but he could feel someone close. Naraske stopped on a branch and looked around. "Water Style....HIDDEN MIST JUTSU!" he growled and slowly a mist crept over the forest....Naraske's lightning eyes being the last thing to be seen before they too were consumed in the mist, "Now where are they hiding?"

Daisuke blinked from where he had been standing on the underside of a tree, chakra-charged shuriken attached to the bottom of his ninja sandals. It had been a while since he and the other few ninja had entered the forest. It had become sort of a tradition among the youths in Konoha- sneak into the Forest Of Death for some spare training. Never mind the fact that it was probably called the Forest Of DEATH for a reason. They were strong shinobi, they could handle it.
Thinking back, Daisuke's mother had said that she thought all the ninjas of Konoha had grown stronger than they had before due to circumstance. News of what had transpired among the 'Original Konoha 7', the missing Uchiha and the reappearances of the Sannin. All of these problems, plus the possibility of attack...they had to be powerful just in case any of the other nations decided to assault them.
But that was a matter for another time.
The honey-blonde made a few hand signs, closing his eyes in concentration. "Wind style, Dosei Ibuki no Jutsu!" He uttered, wind emanating outwards from his fingertips, which were held in the tori symbol. It cleared the mist only around his body, not enough to draw attention but just enough for him to see. He dropped from his branch and flipped to land on his feet before moving forward into the forest, looking for another opponent in the forest.

Naraske moved closer to the source he felt near him. He wanted to feel blood again.... the feel of it on his hands was a welcome feel. He noticed a bubble in the mist ahead of him... "Aha..." Naraske said, "Your blood will flow like the river of Babylon." Naraske leapt down and stood in front of the person....slowly fading into the male's path.

Daisuke stopped on a dime, digging his shuriken-heeled ninja sandals into the pliant dirt beneath him. He hadn't expected to come face to face with an enemy so quickly, but then again, no point in waiting for the opponent to make the first move, was there?
The tori handsign that the blond had been holding was the start to a new series of motions, dispelling the wind around him and gathering chakra for a new jutsu. His mother had taught him that smooth transitions between jutsus were key to a sucessful battle.
He was thankful that he paid attention that day in lessons.
"Water style! Suisei Sanbun no Jutsu!" Daisuke cried out. The moisture of the mist gave him plenty to work with. He threw his gloved hands outwards, chakra attracting mist to them like magnets, and he blasted ice forward towards the mysterious nin, spiraling outwards like blooming rose petals.

Naraske stood frozen in front of the boy....then turned into a log. "Water style! Water spike jutsu!" Naraske said standing right behind the boy, he grabbed the boy's shoulder. He barricaded the male in a tomb and walked around to the boys face. "You use water style? Which village are you from?" Naraske asked putting a kunai to the boys face, moving it down towards the throat.

"Couldn't tell you." Daisuke said calmly, moving his limbs experimentally in the tomb of water. It didn't seem like it would be too big of a problem, except most of his jutsu involving ice would work against him, since he was entombed in water and all. That left earth and wind....quickly, he went over which hand signs he could make with little effort and whether he could get to his swords or not.
"Oh, and just for the record, I use more than just water-style jutsu." He added, tilting his head back a little to ignore the kunai at his throat. It would take effort, but this...he grabbed Makoto's hilt, deeming the single jutsu he could use right now with it as well as any for the situation. He jerked his head backwards and down, pulling Makoto from it's sheath and stabbing it downwards so it penetrated the ground contained in the water tomb.
"Earth style, Mokusei Jurin no Jutsu!" He uttered quickly, trying not to let too much water rush into his nostrils and mouth as the forest shuddered, tree branches coming to life and twisting downwards. Vines cracked upwards from the ground, spiraling around Daisuke like demented ribbons, and the tree branches lashed out at Naraske with savage sweeps. A pillar of foliage rose from under Daisuke, propelling him out of the water tomb sucessfully, altough a little painfully- he landed on his back a little ways off. Okay, so Jupiter Forest technique needed a little more work.
Grasping his other sword, he made hebi, tora, and ryuu whie holding both swords in separate hands. "Earth style, Sekai Gyou no Jutsu!" He ran the metal of the swords over each other, and instantly, the trees turned to hard ice and the spiraling vines turned to sharply spiked yet flexible icicles. The ice-trees seemed to bend, slamming their branches down around Naraske and shaking the frosted ground as the vines stopped spinning and thrust forward, one nailing the taller male's shoulder and one nicking his left leg.

~Naraske
Naraske flipped over onto his back and disapparated.
The real Naraske was on a branch 50 meters behind the boy and started a jutsu when he saw the male grabbed the swords hilt.
He said them as he did the corresponding handigns, almost silently...with this forest turned to water crystals....there would be no surviving the hit, "Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Rat, Pig, Bird, Ox, Horse, Bird, Rat, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Ox, Goat, Snake, Pig, Goat, Rat, Ninth Monkey, Bird, Dragon, Bird, Ox, Horse, Goat, Tiger, Snake, Rat, Monkey, Rabbit, Pig, Dragon, Goat, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Bird, Ninth Rat, Pig, Ninth Monkey, Bird, Dragon, Bird, Ox, Horse, Goat, Tiger, Snake, Rat, Monkey, Rabbit, Pig, Dragon, Goat, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Bird, Ninth Rat, Pig, Bird...WATER STYLE! WATER DRAGON BLAST JUTSU!!!"
A thunderous roar erupted from Naraske's tori symbol and the tree's he was on melted and combined with the Dragon as it roared towards its opponent. The sheer size of it meant no escape from the boy...but the repercussion of the explosion may be hazardous to Naraske as well. He had never let one go this big before....

Daisuke's eyes went huge at it. Oh god, this was insanity! At least it was a worthy opponent. The gears of his mind worked fit to breaking, and he came up with a plan. Over the roar of the water dragon, one could only see the blond's lips move, not the words that escaped. The hand signs weren't very clear either...Daisuke tended to stay away from fire style jutsu, even more so combining them with other jutsu, but if he wanted to live...
His lips moved quickly, his hands moving quicker, and then-
A massive, continuous blast of fire that turned the water around him to steam, combined with Dosei Ibuki no Jutsu to force as much of the steam away as possible. He maintained it until he had steam burns up and down his arms and over his legs, across his neck as well, then pushed it too far. The volatile combination of fire and wind exploded with force almost matching the dragons, burning and uprooting many of the trees, frying some of the forest's animals alive.
Daisuke was thrown back at least twenty feet until he came into hard contact with a tree and cried out sharply. The boy had flash burn across his eyes and couldn't see, but could maneuver by sound and something he liked to call chakra-vision at this point.
Basically, it was like how bats or dolphins used echolocation, but with chakra instead. Unfortunately Daisuke didn't have much to spare, but he had enough to stagger his bruised body back to where the water dragon had originated. If all else failed, he could still use the basics of swordplay.

"Da****...All that energy, and he can still walk...," Naraske said as he staggered, that was foolish and reckless to do that attack, and now he was feeling the effects..., "I have to get those swords away from him....or else I'm screwed...."
Naraske withdrew kunai and shuriken with razor wire and tied the safe ends he crafted to his fingers....he had learned this trick when he was sent to spy upon Kankuro. How he was able to control a whole puppet with strings, he learned to do with multiple, smaller items. He hadn't mastered it enough to use a marrionette. He threw one kunai and two shuriken one way, and the same amount to his left. Using what was left of his chakra, Naraske guided them to the boy...aiming for his wrists until he saw the kunai stab the backside of the palm and the four shuriken hit the swords away from him and tie them to a tree. "I believe we can just talk now," Naraske said as he struggled to his feet and cut the lines from his fingers, "Wouldn't you say?"

Daisuke grunted at the kunai to his hands and twisted his head a little, feeling oddly vulnerable without his swords by his side. Unfortunately, he couldn't see where the blades had gone to, and doubted he'd be able to see anything for a while. Until he could regenerate enough chakra to use more accurate chakralocation...
"I guess so." Was his breathless reply as he felt himself sink to his knees on the ground. Sure, it was a little cold, but it felt good against the steam-burn on his legs. The ice coating the ground and trees had begun to melt, little by little, and the savage plants that had come to life with the Jupiter Forest jutsu were settling again.

"Alright then, seeing as though neither of us have enough chakra to even punch each other...," Naraske said as he scooted towards the boy, "You should get these out." Naraske reached and retrieved his kunai, wiping the blood in the pool near them....making it scarlet. He pocketed the kunai and looked at the boy as he winced. "Your swords are safe, they're only 10 meters from us in that bush," Naraske said and pointed to a bush that was turning back to its orignal form. "How is it you know all these forms? Water, Earth, and Fire? That's a lot for a kid, where are you from?" Naraske asked glaring at the boy...the storm starting to dull in his eyes....

Daisuke bit into his lower lip as his opponent pulled the kunai out, then turned his head. He couldn't see said bush, his eyes a pale shade of silver edged with pink from the explosion burn. The head of honey-blond hair turned back towards the other male at his next inquiry and chuckled a little.
"I've learned all the forms from my parents and relatives. My mother taught me fire-style and warned me to be careful with it...father taught me earth and wind. Water style just..I don't know, comes naturally to me." He said thoughtfully, blinking a few times to figure out if he could see anything. Faint blurs in monochrome colors, shadows...that was about it.
"As for where I'm from? Don't know. I remember...lots of snow. Starry skies. That's about it. That's so faint though and most of my memories are here in Konoha." He said, closing his eyes and recalling the snow and watching the stars. Daisuke might of been much more belligerent if he could actually see the glare from his opponent.
"By the way...my name is Daisuke Fuyuzawa...who are you?"

"My name?" Naraske asked dropping the glare...no one had ever asked his name... "Naraske Setzuma is mine." Him hearing his name come from his own mouth felt alien to him.... "About your hometown...I have no clue...I've heard rumors of such a town, but have never ventured towards there..... I see that you can barely see, I apologize for using that jutsu on you that would have killed you, and for a Water Ninja to kill another, even if he does know other styles, is not right in my opinion."

Daisuke felt a smile creep over his lips unknowingly, blinking a couple times in hope that maybe his vision would improve. Disappointment. "So it wasn't just a dream or a genjutsu gone wrong.." He murmured, running his fingers through his hair. His eyelids slipped shut and he sighed faintly.
"About the jutsu? Ah, it was okay....gave me a chance to test my reaction time and whatnot.. I agree with that. I'm not much for killing." He said with an uneasy laugh. "...I don't reccomend we rest for long, there are still other Konoha nin in this forest looking for a fight." The blond pointed out, attempting to stand and wobbling like a newborn colt. He'd recovered enough of his chakra to stand up...sort of.

~Naraske "Sit down idiot," Naraske said grabbing the boy and pulling him down, "Moving when you haven't recovered your stamina can lead you closer to Death. Don't be an idiot, rest." Naraske scooted towards a nearby trunk and leaned his head back and closed his eyes. *Why did I have to use that jutsu, that was a dumb, naive, and reckless move....* Naraske thought.....
